Summary
As a Baker and Delivery Support Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including donuts, bagels, muffins, and other bakery items, in accordance with Dunkin’s brand standards and recipes, along with delivering product to other stores. This role is vital in ensuring products are fresh and available during opening hours. The ideal candidate must maintain a clean and organized kitchen, follow food safety procedures, and work efficiently to meet store demands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake Dunkin' menu items according to standard recipes
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and baking area
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with the team to meet production goals
- Deliver product to nearby locations
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Food handling and food safety experience preferred
