Job Title: Edibles Production Technician Location: Rochester, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: $18/hour

As an Edibles Production Technician, you'll play a key role in producing gummies and other edibles while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain food-grade processing and packaging equipment.
• Complete production orders on time, meeting quality and efficiency targets.
• Maintain accurate production records in compliance with cGMP, QA, and SOP standards.
• Follow recipes, safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with process improvements and cross-functional production needs.
• Perform physical tasks: standing for long periods, repetitive motion, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in variable environments.
• Support a team culture focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in food, beverage, or manufacturing production (regulated environment preferred).
• Knowledge of cGMP, Food Safety, HACCP, OSHA, or similar standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and basic computer entry.
• Flexible, dependable, and reliable transportation.
