Our client is located in Rochester, NY and they are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team to work Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm.

This position pays between $28 - $34/hour, based on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

General commercial building maintenance as directed by client.
Preventative maintenance on pumps, valves, and piping systems.
Provide general maintenance, carpentry, and lighting service.
Procurement of materials as directed by client and inventory management
Minor electrical maintenance and repairs (experience with generators a plus).
Lighting system maintenance.
General repair service (walls, fences, ceilings, doors, parking lot patches, etc.).
After-hours response to emergencies as scheduled.
Assist with workstation relocations, office configurations, and office moves.
Communicate with the client and our staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Comply with corporate policy on safety, work ethics and time constraints.
Plan ahead on projects to ensure the highest level of productivity on the job.

Qualifications:

Required: DMV and background check; drug screening and OSHA 10
