     Position Summary:
 Facilities Maintenance Tech III with hands-on experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, and building systems across industrial and multi-building environments. Skilled in preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, machine repair and adjustment, emergency response, and HVAC - system monitoring. Known for quickly troubleshooting issues, minimizing downtime, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations.
Knowledge

- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety systems.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repair.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices, OSHA requirements, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance equipment.
- Knowledge of work-order systems, maintenance records, inventory procedures, and basic documentation.
- Knowledge of procedures for identifying equipment problems and determining appropriate repairs or service needs.

Minimum qualification Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One to three years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a related skilled trade preferred.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.
- Relevant trade certifications or technical training are desirable.
- Frequently lift or carry 11-25 pounds and walk/stand for 2/3 of the workday
- Experience with Project Management is a plus
