Float Member Service Advisor

Status: Hourly/Non-exempt

Location: Monroe County Branches (Brockport, Henrietta, Irondequoit & Webster)

Shift/Hours: Full-time, based on business needs. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

General Summary:

Our MSA's work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture! Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces eight years in a row, is seeking to add an energetic team member to support our Monroe County Branches.

Requirements

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others
• Confidence to recommend products and services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Required Training and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

• Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
• Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
