Job DetailsJob Location: Rochester, NY 14617Position Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $21.08 HourlyTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: AnyAs a Group Home Worker, you will be responsible for creating a therapeutic and nurturing home environment for youth in a group home setting. The goal of the position is to maintain a safe, secure atmosphere conducive to the youth’s positive growth and change. This includes teaching daily and independent living skills, mentoring and promoting community integration. DescriptionJob Requirements • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree in Human Services preferred • Minimum 1 year of experience working with at risk youth preferred • TCI, First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification • Flexible availability required including night and weekend hours • Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency • MS Office skills required   Schedule Wednesday: 1 pm - 9 pm  Thursday: 2 pm - 10 pm  Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm  Saturday: 8 am - 4 pm  Sunday: 8 am to - pm Monday & Tuesday: OFF      Paid Orientation & Training All new hires must complete 2-3 weeks of mandatory, fully paid training to ensure you are set up for success This program is held Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
