What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support lifeguard staff
Maintain pool safety and enforce policies
Assist with scheduling and daily operations
Handle resident concerns and provide top-notch customer service
Respond to emergencies and perform first aid when necessary

Requirements:

Must be 16+ years old
Current Lifeguard & CPR certification
Leadership skills & ability to manage schedules
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation & strong communication skills
Ability to work in an outdoor setting
A commitment to safety and a positive attitude
