St. Ann’s Community is currently looking for a full time housekeeper for the beautiful Independent Living Facility, Chapel Oaks, located on the Irondequoit campus. 

Responsible for cleaning Resident apartments and maintaining all areas within their assigned building in a clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive appearance.

Job Description:

• Follow daily schedule to ensure resident apartments and common areas are cleaned to Chapel Oaks standards.  
•    Perform duties such as dusting, bed making, wet mop floors, washing walls, sinks, lavatories, handrails, cleaning and polishing furniture. High and low dusting in open areas, resident apartments and entire building.
•Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Clean and maintain all cleaning equipment.
•Reporting to the Supervisor any damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
•Receives cleaning schedule of apartments, public areas.
•During cleaning of resident apartments when applicable follow up with resident prior to leaving the apartment to ensure that all cleaning expectations were met 

Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months prior hotel or house cleaning experience - Required
