Housekeeping Supervisor (FT)

Description

$250 Signing Bonus (after 90-days)

Weekends and holidays required.

Clean driver's license to drive the shuttle (preferred)

The Courtyard Rochester Downtown, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Housekeeping Supervisor.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. 

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff

- Ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

- Ensure that all public areas are clean and inviting

- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
