What You'll Expect
As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and guest requests. You’ll maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards while contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, cook, and present meals according to standard recipes
- Manage cold and hot stations efficiently
- Assist in food prep, decoration, and storage
- Maintain cleanliness and reset workstations after service
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and departmental standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding needs or issues
- Participate in briefings and stay informed on promotions and events
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Culinary education or 3+ years of cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and knife skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
What We Require
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in environments with heat, noise, and secondhand smoke.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent
