MOKA is hiring enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused baristas to join our team in Rochester, MN.  As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers, and working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Here at MOKA, we have a passion for great coffee and making genuine connections with every customer. Our core business focuses on high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with quick and friendly customer service.

We are looking for full-time baristas with flexible availability to work 32-40 hours a week with weekend availability.  Part-time applicants must have the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week with weekend Flexibility.  The ideal candidate should be around for the remainder of Winter and in the spring/summer of 2026

• Craft custom, high-quality handmade beverages 
• Champion MOKA culture.  Dedicated to making sure each customer moment is the highlight of their day  
  
• Upholds sanitation practices and procedures regulated by the local Health Department and MOKA
• Demonstrate and reinforce MOKA’s mission statement, hospitality standards, policies, and core values.

$13.00-$13.50hr ($16hr - $18hr W/Tips) Flexible with experience
