Key Performance Objectives

  • Transform Patient Outcomes: Partner with women across all stages of life—from preventive care to complex gynecologic needs. Develop a practice that combines OB/GYN exams, maternal care, and advanced treatments, supported by cutting-edge robotics and technology. Your goal: Build strong patient relationships that contribute to a lifetime of health and wellness.
  • Grow and Innovate Your Practice: You’ll have the resources to develop both clinical and surgical caseloads, with support from specialists in GYN Oncology, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM), and Urogynecology. Set goals for growing a practice within a system invested in advancing women’s health, especially for underserved communities.
  • Contribute to a Culture of Learning: Collaborate and teach as part of RRH’s OB/GYN Residency Program. Actively participate in shaping the next generation of providers and influence program initiatives that promote patient-centered care.
  • Embrace Leadership and Change: As part of a health system transforming women’s healthcare, bring your voice to help shape policies and programs that advance women’s health rights and redefine patient care standards. Your role will be crucial in contributing to RRH’s standing as a rising leader in women’s health.
