What You’ll Do

Coordinate freight shipments with carriers and customers.
Source, onboard, and dispatch carriers while negotiating rates.
Manage customer loads, carrier assignments, and rate quotes.
Track shipments and oversee pickup and delivery appointments.
Utilize company systems to support daily freight operations.
Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree OR at least two years of full-time work experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn company, software, and technology
PREFERRED: 1+ year of freight brokerage, carrier sales, dispatch, carrier operations, or customer service experience preferred
