This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service to support the dealership’s operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries. Identify and source parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain organized inventory and perform regular stock checks. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs. Monitor and track special orders and communicate status updates to customers. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards. Assist in merchandising and stocking parts displays.
