Position Overview
We’re growing our telehealth program and need licensed therapists to provide counseling services statewide in Minnesota. This role is designed for clinicians who want to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care from home.
Job Details
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
- Benefits package provided
Responsibilities
- Conduct teletherapy sessions for adult clients
- Build and monitor treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Support client growth through effective strategies
- Maintain compliant documentation of all services
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and technology skills
