Mayo Clinic seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to advance the development, validation, and real-world implementation of generative AI systems for clinical decision support. This role bridges cutting-edge machine learning research and translational medicine, focusing on building trustworthy, interpretable, and safe AI models that augment clinical workflows that put the needs of the patient first. Research Fellows will work within a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, physicians, and engineers to design novel generative architectures, benchmark them against clinical datasets, and evaluate their performance in real-world settings.
