What You'll Expect
As a Security Officer, you’ll help ensure the safety of guests, team members, and company property. You’ll maintain a visible presence, safeguard assets, assist with emergencies, and provide friendly, professional service while enforcing policies and gaming regulations.
What You'll Do
- Patrol the property and monitor for safety hazards or unusual activity
- Ensure the security of patrons, employees, and company assets during shifts
- Respond to emergencies and assist sick or injured guests or team members
- Prepare clear and accurate incident reports
- Enforce company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations
- Provide guest assistance, directions, and escorts when needed
- Operate security tools such as radios, computers, and surveillance systems
- Perform duties in compliance with all gaming and safety regulations
What You'll Bring
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and comprehend policies, training materials, and documentation
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergencies, including possible physical intervention
What We Require
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming licenseÂ
- Must pass a background check
- Work may involve exposure to secondhand smoke, weather extremes, loud noise, and safety hazards
- Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
