What You'll Expect
As a Server, you’ll create a great guest experience by taking food and drink orders, delivering items promptly, maintaining clean tables, and ensuring guests’ needs are exceeded. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment while delivering
exceptional hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly
- Verify guest IDs for alcohol service per NH state regulations
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked stations throughout the shift
- Upsell menu items and premium beverage options
- Answer questions about food and drinks, including ingredients and preparation
- Maintain table appearance, pre-bus, refill drinks, and reset tables
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and alcohol awareness procedures
- Report guest concerns or issues promptly to the Manager on Duty
What You'll Bring
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Memory skills to recall orders and menu details under pressure
What We Require
- Must be 18+ years old and meet legal/company alcohol service standards
- Must be able to work in a loud, smoky environment with potential exposure to chemicals and temperature extremes
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
- Tip pooling is optional/voluntary for tipped employees
