Parallel Employment is excited to announce openings for Heavy Skilled Assemblers ifor a Waterford, WI manufacturing client. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with complex components while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. If you are a detail-oriented professional with experience in heavy assembly, we want to hear from you!

1st & 2nd Shift available

$19-$21 per hour; based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components for units using hand and power tools following detailed blueprints and schematics.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Proven experience in heavy assembly or a related skilled trade is required. Lifting 50 lbs consistently.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and assembly manuals.
• Strong understanding of tools and equipment used in heavy assembly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
