Location: Based out of 330 Monroe Avenue, requires travel between training sites - Rochester, Newark, Clifton Springs
Hours Per Week:  40 hours per week
Schedule:  8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday

Summary:Â
Responsible for transporting and temporarily installing telemedicine monitors in client’s homes in preparation for prescheduled daily monitored sessions.
Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Â
• Transport and install telemedicine monitors in client’s homes.
• Instruct client/caregiver on correct use of monitor.
• Determine successful transmission to the telemedicine central station.
• Triage/fix monitor problems after installation.
• Maintaining and cleaning telemedicine equipment between client use.
• Maintain inventory and cleaning log.
• Maintain close communication with Director of Telemedicine/designee regarding daily schedule.
• Maintain productivity according to agency standards.
• Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies’ mission and values and adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct.
• Maintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.
• Performs other functions as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Â
• Basic knowledge of technical equipment. Â
• Must demonstrate the ability to receive and provide instructions in a clear manner. Â
• Ability to travel is required. Â
• Must work well under pressure in client homes and when working with technical equipment.  Â
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work independently are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
