What You'll Expect

As an IT Technician II, you’ll keep the casino’s technology systems running smoothly by supporting hardware, software, networks, and specialized gaming systems. You’ll work with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient tech operations.


What You'll Do

  • Support and maintain the Casino Management System (CMS) and related hardware/software
  • Set up and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring)
  • Monitor network and device performance; recommend improvements
  • Maintain firewalls, virtual machines, and vendor-supported applications
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, AV equipment, and POS systems
  • Work with security to ensure camera and recording systems meet regulations
  • Document network layouts, device configurations, and system passwords
  • Assist with system upgrades, installs, and vendor coordination
  • Provide reliable connectivity for all casino operations


What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and administration
  • Proficiency in PC troubleshooting and software support
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in casino or hospitality environments is a plus


What We Require

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. and work in environments with noise, secondhand smoke, and occasional weather exposure
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime or at multiple locations as needed
  • Availability needs for this role include: Tuesday - Saturday, 3pm-11pm
