We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a temporary, full-time position from April - November 2026. Fully remote candidates located in the following states are welcome to apply: New York, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Colorado, Georgia, South Carolina.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. PMs own the internal delivery process — developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing scope, assigning tasks, and ensuring that teams have the structure and support needed to execute successfully.
Senior Project Managers partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, focusing on effective delivery and clear communication. This role will also interact regularly with clients by leading status meetings, presenting project plans, sharing project updates, coordinating deliverables, and gathering feedback to keep projects moving forward.
What You'll Do
Project Planning & Execution
- Partner with the account team to scope projects, develop timelines, and allocate resources.
- Assign and manage project tasks in Asana.
- Lead project status meetings with both internal teams and clients to provide updates and align on timelines, budget, and scope.
- Support successful delivery by helping to ensure work meets quality, timeline, and budget standards.
Process & Communication
- Coordinate day-to-day project communications and logistics.
- Maintain standardized project documentation (timelines, risk logs, change requests).
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders, helping to maintain strong collaborative partnerships.
Risk & Scope Management
- Track scope and budget in Harvest and help identify potential delivery risks.
- Partner with Account Managers to communicate and escalate scope changes and adjustments to clients when needed.
Team Advocacy & Resourcing
- Monitor team workload and project capacity.
- Identify potential resource constraints and coordinate with department leads to support balanced workloads and project success.
Qualifications + Experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field; agency experience preferred.
- Location: In-person or remote, East coast time zone preferred.
- Experience in Medical Technology, Skincare, or Food & Beverage verticals is a major plus.
- Experience managing projects across digital marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, content development, creative production, and integrated marketing and media initiatives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations and business correspondence to clients, vendors, and teammates.
- Experience supporting project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners.
- Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with social media and digital platforms.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools is a major plus

This role is hybrid, with in-office expectations approximately once per week for Rochester-based employees and twice a year for non-Rochester-based employees.
