This position is a combination of remote and onsite support work. The individual must live within driving distance to the Mayo Clinic Rochester campus. 

This position will support the Department of Development. 

The Executive Producer for Development reports directly to the Video Production Manager and works collaboratively on administrative direction and strategic planning for video projects within Multimedia Production Services and the Department of Development. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple concurrent projects for Development. Core duties encompass creative direction, project management, production oversight, budget planning, and ensuring that client needs and expectations are consistently met. 

The individual in this role is also accountable for advanced administrative, logistical, and technical functions during pre-production, production, and post-production phases of documentary, scripted, and live productions. There is a particular emphasis on managing complex video projects that demand meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of quality.

This role requires significant independence and the ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills, creativity, initiative, and a high level of production expertise. The candidate must possess the capability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, including all aspects of creative direction, budget development, and oversight.
