Job Description Summary
The ProgramPar Health offers an 11-week internship program designed to provide an immersive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Par Health Intern, you’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study. This program allows you to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world corporate setting while building valuable connections through networking opportunities across the organization.
Summary of Position
The Process Excellence Intern will support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by assisting with data analysis, workflow mapping, and process optimization activities. This role provides hands on experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and project management principles to real business challenges. The intern will collaborate with cross functional teams to drive efficiency, standardization, and operational excellence.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and visualization to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support workflow mapping and documentation of current‑state and future‑state processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process optimization solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Enrolled in bachelor’s degree program related to Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management.
- Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PPT.
- Motivated self-starter, operates independently, etc.
- Strong communication skills, etc.Â
Relationship with Others/Scope of Position
Interact with other team members and cross functionally as needed
