Job Description Summary

The Program

Par Health offers an 11-week internship program designed to provide an immersive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Par Health Intern, you’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study. This program allows you to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world corporate setting while building valuable connections through networking opportunities across the organization.

Summary of Position

The QC Training Support Intern will play a key role in strengthening the quality and consistency of training across the Quality Control (QC) organization. This role supports both the QC and Training teams by reviewing existing curriculum, support the biennial review cycle, identifying improvement opportunities, developing proficiency tools, and helping modernize training materials.

Minimum Requirements

Enrolled in bachelor’s degree program related to Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, etc.,), Education, Design, or a related field.

  • Experience with MS Office, etc.
  • Motivated self-starter, operates independently, attention to detail, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, etc. 
  • Comfort with digital tools or automation platforms

Relationship with Others/Scope of Position

Interact with other team members and cross functionally as needed including across the QC organization and Training Department.
