Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patient health history and symptoms
- Order and interpret labs
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapies including testosterone replacement, peptides, and regenerative treatments
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term health
- Build meaningful, ongoing patient relationships

Requirements
 What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of MinnesotaÂ
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient-focused mindset
- Interest in hormone optimization or preventative medicine (experience is a plus, not required)
