  • Conduct new-hire onboarding, including new-hire paperwork, Form I-9 completion following required training, system access setup, and general orientation
  • Support office operations, including distributing payroll checks, internal communications, supplies, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office
  • Plan and coordinate client events, activities, and company gatherings, and participate in internal meetings, audits, and continuous improvement efforts

What we're looking for

  • Familiarity with IHSS, Medi-Cal, regional center processes, or similar benefits paperwork (preferred)
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
  • Sound judgment and discretion with confidential client and personnel information
  • Comfort with email, electronic forms, HRIS and client management systems, shared documents, and calendars
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
