What This Role Involves
This is a hands-on technician role supporting a range of service work across multiple systems.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing marine engines and systems
- Working with inboard and outboard engines
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Completing routine service and preventative maintenance
- Supporting a clean, organized, and efficient service operation
- Supporting the operations of the yard as needed, including travel lift operation
- Winterizing and commissioningÂ
Requirements
We’re looking for technicians who are confident in their abilities and take pride in their work.
- 3+ years of hands-on marine service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple systems
- Experience with Mercury/MerCruiser and Yanmar engines
- Exposure to plumbing and HVAC systems is highly valued
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
- Ability to operate a marine travel lift
Certifications (Valued, Not Required)
- Yanmar
- Mercury / MerCruiserÂ
- ABYC Systems or similar
