White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141-bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located near Piedmont Medical Center. We provide comprehensive long-term care services as well as short-term rehabilitation within our dedicated rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to maintaining resident dignity and safety. We value team members who communicate effectively, exercise sound judgment, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Position Schedule: *Rotating Weekends Required* 11:ppm-7:00am Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive pay rate, including shift differential (if applicable). All full-time employees are eligible for benefits upon hire, effective after 30 days of employment.
