Job DetailsJob Location: Pulcra US - ROCK HILL, SC 29732Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: NoneJob Category: FinanceSummary/Objective Reporting to the Head of Accounting & Finance, the Cost Accountant is responsible for manufacturing cost accounting, completing SAP Controlling (CO) month-end close, analyzing financial results, and preparing timely reporting for senior leadership. This role ensures sales, operations, and leadership teams have a clear understanding of manufacturing costs, financial performance, and cost drivers impacting business decisions. Essential Functions Manage SAP product costing and related master data. Execute SAP CO month-end close activities accurately and on schedule. Analyze manufacturing costs and income statement accounts, identifying trends and variance drivers. Prepare and report key financial and sales data, including variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods. Produce monthly financial reports for multiple departments. Participate in the annual financial audit and provide required documentation. Manage product costing and sales assumptions for the annual budgeting process. Support cross-functional teams with product cost estimates and financial modeling. Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
