Lite Truck Repair is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial trucks and trailers to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities
- Transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance services on trucks and trailers
- Conduct inspections and identify mechanical issues
- Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately
- Troubleshoot and repair air systems and hydraulic systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous diesel mechanic experience required
- Experience working on trucks and trailers preferred
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Own basic mechanic tools
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of DOT inspection requirements
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday with an occasional Saturday
- Overtime Available
