Energetic leader with the ability to develop, motivate and retain a successful parts counter team. Parts Manager with a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Ability to collaborate with other departments and build great teams. Closing skills and a great attitude are a must.   Qualifications: 3-5 years of High-volume dealership, Parts Manager experience (Required). Excellent Leadership skills, and the ability to develop and motivate a top performing team.
