We provide long‑term nursing care and short‑term rehabilitation in a dedicated rehab wing. We pride ourselves on a family‑centered culture where staff build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills and a genuine desire to make a personal impact on residents’ lives. Key Responsibilities - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatments according to facility policies and physician orders   - Perform wound assessments, documentation, and treatment (including dressing changes, debridement as allowed by scope of practice, and pressure injury prevention)   - Monitor resident progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed   - Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory standards Qualifications - Graduate of a state‑approved school of nursing   - Current, active RN license in South Carolina required   - Prior wound care experience preferred but not required; strong clinical assessment skills essential   - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities   - Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Hours - Part‑time schedule, Monday–Friday. Specific hours assigned by the Director of Nursing based on business needs.
