Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM + occasional weekends & over-time

Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving, distribution, and inventory operations while ensuring efficient, reliable service delivery.  
• Prioritize work assignments, allocate resources, and monitor performance to meet productivity and service goals.  
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development while coaching team members and addressing skill gaps.  
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on clear communication, trust, and accountability. 
• Build strong partnerships across clinical, procurement, contracting, and value analysis teams to ensure seamless supply chain support.  
• Serve as a key liaison between internal customers and operational teams, promoting proactive problem-solving and service improvements.  
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting while aligning supply chain operations with organizational priorities and service expectations. 

Qualifications

Education: 

• Associate’s degree in supply chain or business required. In lieu of a degree, completion of coursework leading to a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business may be considered.  
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business preferred.  

Experience: 

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory control, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.   

License(s)/Certification(s): 

• Valid driver’s license required.  
• AUTOINS required when driving a personal vehicle. 
• Certified Materials Resources Professional (AHRMM) preferred.
