Responsibilities
- Lead daily receiving, distribution, and inventory operations while ensuring efficient, reliable service delivery. Â
- Prioritize work assignments, allocate resources, and monitor performance to meet productivity and service goals. Â
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development while coaching team members and addressing skill gaps. Â
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on clear communication, trust, and accountability.Â
- Build strong partnerships across clinical, procurement, contracting, and value analysis teams to ensure seamless supply chain support. Â
- Serve as a key liaison between internal customers and operational teams, promoting proactive problem-solving and service improvements. Â
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting while aligning supply chain operations with organizational priorities and service expectations.Â
Qualifications
Education:Â
- Associate’s degree in supply chain or business required. In lieu of a degree, completion of coursework leading to a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business may be considered. Â
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business preferred. Â
Experience:Â
- 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory control, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.  Â
License(s)/Certification(s):Â
- Valid driver’s license required. Â
- AUTOINS required when driving a personal vehicle.Â
- Certified Materials Resources Professional (AHRMM) preferred.Â
