We are looking for an energetic, style-savvy Furniture & Home DĂ©cor Buyer/Sales Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will help select exceptional pieces, work directly with customers, price merchandise, and create an inviting shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and select furniture and home décor brought in by customers
- Research, price, tag, and enter merchandise into our system
- Help maintain attractive, shoppable furniture displays
- Build positive relationships with buyers and consignors
- Assist customers with purchases and product questions
- Operate the register and process transactions
- Open and close the store
- Work with the team to keep merchandise moving and the sales floor looking its best
What We’re Looking For
- Professional experience in furniture, decorating, home staging, or home furnishings is required
- A strong eye for style, quality, and current décor trends
- A warm, personable, kind, and engaging personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
