What You'll Do

As Superintendent, you'll provide hands-on leadership and project oversight to ensure industrial work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within approved scope and budget.

  • Lead and oversee industrial projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations.
  • Supervise and develop Crew Leaders, Foremen, and field personnel while providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability.
  • Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, and site resources to maximize productivity and support successful project execution.
  • Conduct job walks, review project scope, develop project estimates, and assist with planning labor, equipment, materials, and other project requirements.
  • Monitor labor utilization, billable and non-billable hours, productivity, job costs, estimates, budgets, and purchase orders; identify potential overruns or scope changes and coordinate required customer authorization or change orders n accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily work tickets and field documentation for labor, equipment, materials, and work performed to support job tracking and timely invoicing.
  • Build strong customer relationships, communicate project progress and changing site needs, resolve field concerns, and identify opportunities for additional work.
  • Partner with Operations and Administrative teams to communicate project status, manpower needs, costs, documentation issues, and operational risks and help keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial field operations or project leadership experience, including supervising field crews and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, estimating, scheduling, manpower allocation, resource coordination, and field execution.
  • Experience monitoring labor utilization, productivity, job costs, budgets, purchase orders, and overall project performance.
  • Experience completing and reviewing daily work tickets, time records, field reports, and other project documentation accurately and on time.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers, field personnel, Operations Management, and administrative teams.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic timekeeping and project-tracking systems.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and willingness to travel as project needs require.

Compensation

$34.00-$38.00 per hour depending on experience.
