Room Service Server

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Room Service Server who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

Responsibilities

In-Room Dining Servers offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service.
The Room Service Server is the heart of the hotel delivering guest requests and amenities to ensure a wonderful stay.
Set tables and deliver orders to rooms.
Create and deliver amenities to rooms.
Answer phones and deliver clear and concise service over the phone.
Perform side-work which includes polishing, lifting, organizing, and cleaning

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
Requires the ability to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs.
Experience in a luxury hotel
Fluent English. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required
Food and beverage knowledge
-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
