The Pay & Perks:
- Average Earnings: $1,756 weekly average ($91.3K target per year)
- High Mileage Rates: Earn $0.82 to $0.88 CPM based on your experience
- Extra Cash Incentives: Up to $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus + $150/day Mentor Pay
- Per-Load Breakdown: $340 load pay (~3 turns/wk) + $25 backhaul pay

Schedule & Route Setup:
- Your Choice: Pick a Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday shift
- Weekend Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour reset every week (Sat/Sun or Sun/Mon)
- Operating Territory: WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Northern KY
- Equipment: Automatic 53' sleeper truck (park at home allowed)
Driver Qualifications & Hiring Criteria
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the last 6 months.
- Licensing & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Card, and physical ability to perform roller hand-unloads at retail stops.
- Screening: Clean MVR & background check. Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
