OSF HealthCare is seeking an EMS Educator responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating EMS education and training.
The expected pay for this hourly position ranges from $27.26 to $32.06 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of EMS experience, along with a Basic EMT License or Paramedic EMT License, or relevant nursing licenses.
Preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree, previous teaching experience, and additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, CPR, and ITLS Instructor.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The EMS Educator is responsible for the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of EMS education and training.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 years EMS experience
Licensure/Certifications: Basic EMT License or Paramedic EMT License, OR IL Reg Nurse License OR MI Reg Nurse Lead Instructor

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associates Degree
Experience: Previous teaching experience
Licensure/Certifications: ACLS, PALS, CPR, ITLS Instructor
