Food Service Assistant II (Grill Cook)

Work Schedule: 

• 100% FTE, day shift
• Monday-Friday / 7:30am 4:00pm or 5:30am-2:00pm
• Every other weekend 
• You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St
   

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

 Work Experience

• At least 2 years food preparation experience in a high volume food service environment. Required
   

Licenses & Certifications

• Must have current State of Illinois Food Sanitation certification or obtain within 6 months of hire. Required
• If no valid license is in place prior to hire, Serve Safe Food Handler certification required to be completed within 30 days of hire. Required
