What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding, personalized guest service that goes beyond expectations
- Warmly greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure every room and facility is guest-ready
- Utilize the Choice Hotels property management system to handle reservations, payments, and guest requests (Choice system knowledge is a plus!)
- Communicate with guests through Kipsu, a real-time messaging platform that helps us respond quickly to guest requests and enhance their stay experience
- Maintain an inviting, clean, and organized front desk and lobby environment
- Support seamless shift transitions by coordinating with both day and night teams
- Assist guests with billing questions, local information, and hotel policies
Who You Are:
- A polished, personable professional who excels in guest engagement
- A multitasker who stays calm, organized, and enthusiastic during busy shifts
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with ChoiceADVANTAGE or similar hotel systems is a bonus
- Experience with Kipsu or similar guest communication platforms is a plus
- Flexible to work swing shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
