Cutting Edge Homes LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our growing team in Rockford, MI! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and take pride in delivering top-notch lawn care and property maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Operate lawn mowers and related equipment to maintain our property
- Perform general labor tasks including trimming, edging, and blowing debris
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Assist with landscaping, cleanup, and other property maintenance duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical, outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Experience with lawn mowing or landscaping equipment is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
