Work Schedule:

  • 100% FTE, full-time / Monday-Friday
  • Alternating on-call weekends
  • You will work at the 2550 Charles St Clinic

 

Additional components of compensation may include:

  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Required
  • OR Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. Required
 
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
  • OR Physical or Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
