Work Schedule:

100% FTE, full-time / Monday-Friday
Alternating on-call weekends
You will work at the 2550 Charles St Clinic

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Required
OR Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
OR Physical or Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
