Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 3 12 hour shifts per week 7:00am-7:30pm, holiday/weekend rotations. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications

Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
Bi-annual CPR certification. Required
Specialty certification in area of concentration. Preferred
9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire. Preferred
