Work Schedule:
- 100% FTE, full-time. Day/Evening.Â
- Monday - Friday / Alternating weekends and holidays.Â
- You will work in the Rockford region.

- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved licensed practical school of nursing. Required
Â
Licenses & Certifications
- Current LPN license to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
- Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
