Work Schedule:

100% FTE, full-time. Day/Evening shift. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

We are seeking a Nursing Services Manager to:

Lead and inspire a high-performing team while overseeing unit operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care.
Drive clinical excellence and operational success by advancing quality outcomes, optimizing resources, and championing initiatives that support organizational goals and patient satisfaction.
Shape the future of nursing excellence through staff development, mentorship, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Required
Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration. Preferred

Work Experience

Experience in nursing leadership. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois. Required
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
