Work Schedule
100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, Monday -Friday 8-4:30, one weekend day (Sat or Sun) every 4 weeks, one rotating holiday per year. You will work at the UW Health 209 9th St Clinic.

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required
- Current license from the State of Illinois per department policy. An applicant for employment as an occupational therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as an occupational therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
