About the Role

 

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and distribution operations. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation--all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

 

What You'll Do:

• Follow all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Complete and file all required documentation in a timely and organized manner.

What We're Looking For

 

You're a reliable, self-starting team player who takes pride in doing things right the first time.

 

You'll Bring:

• Forklift operation skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 60--90°F or more.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
