Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 8:00am-1200pm no Sundays or holidays. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. 

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and three years of phlebotomy experience. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
 
Licenses & Certifications
  • Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Preferred
