PRN Day/Evening Shift Role:Â
2 Weekend days every 4 weeks (16 hours total) minimumÂ
Weekday hours are as needed
Additional weekend hours are as needed
Hours during the week vary- 6:30am- 6pm
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Required
Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications
- CPR certification. Required
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
